I believe wellness involves mind, body and spirit.

My name is Maralis Ruiz. 

I am passionate about helping others work toward the most authentic and aligned version of themselves. 

I utilize various techniques, derived from my certifications, trainings, education and spiritual gifts, that help me to guide others, while holding sacred space for their journey.

Healing & Empowerment are the heart of my work.

What sets me apart...​

My Spiritual Awakening 10 years ago, and the many layers of my healing journey have changed my life. And honestly, it has not all been pretty! But I believe that every experience, hardship, heartbreak and metamorphosis have taught me things that I utilize to help others.

I often attract clients who are going through something that I have been through and done extensive healing work on. That is the nature of mirroring. Some examples include: divorce, coming out late in life, spiritual awakening, sexual abuse, abuse in marriage, neglect, self-sabotage, people pleasing, enduring gaslighting and narcissism, defining religion & spirituality on my own terms, loss of and redefining self, scarcity mindset, religious, societal & cultural de-conditioning, depression and anxiety, starting life over, just to name some...

 

We experience. We learn. We heal. We Evolve.​

This happens over and over in our lifetime.

I am here to help those navigating that journey.

My training & certifications include: Reiki, Meditation, Yoga, Mindfulness, Channeling, Mediumship and are paired with my intuitive and spiritual gifts. I also practice sound healing with various instruments. I hold certifications in leadership and as a mental health ally.

My biggest strength is my grounded, compassionate approach.

But I am also going to be honest and direct when needed.

A fellow medium once described me as

I work with anyone who is  ready to re-discover & re-define who they are, and those ready to grow along their healing journey and overcome past experiences.

I also work with people experiencing a Spiritual Awakening,

wanting to understand more about that journey. When I began my spiritual awakening journey, I wanted to know everything all at once. I know now that there is a better, more grounded approach that will support your development.

I believe in making the world a better place and spreading love and kindness. It is my soul-mission to use my training and gifts to contribute to the collective and help others along their journey. I am grateful that I get to offer this through one-on-one sessions, workshops, trainings, and retreats.
