Level 1 is all about self-healing which is so important, because you always must fill your pitcher first, before being of service to others. Maralis will guide you through hands-on techniques, empowering you to channel and work with universal life force energy to promote healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

With Maralis's guidance, you'll cultivate a profound connection to Reiki energy, awakening your innate healing abilities and nurturing a sense of inner peace and well-being. Whether you're drawn to Reiki for personal growth or to embark on a journey of healing others, this Level 1 training with Maralis is the perfect foundation to begin your Reiki journey. Training will conclude with your attunement and a Level 1 Certificate in Usui Reiki.

**To train with me, you must have had at least one session with me, so that you understand and feel aligned with my style and energy.

-$175 if you have had at least 1 session with me in the past 2 years.
-$225 if you have not had a session with me in the past 2 years, OR if you want to clear and align your energy in preparation for the training.

Who is this for?
It is for anyone who wants to learn the healing art of Reiki for themselves. Often, people only take level one to learn for their own benefit and well-being. You will learn how to tap into your own flow of energy and understand how to channel healing energy for yourself. You will learn how to reduce stress and ground your energy. You will also learn some energy protection techniques. This makes it very ideal for anyone who is a service provider, or who works in any field where you interact with many people in a day.
