I truly had no idea what to expect with my first reiki session. Maralis is incredibly kind, and took plenty of time to explain everything to me. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and what I hoped to gain from the session. The actual session was deeply relaxing and calming. Afterward, Maralis again explained things, give some valuable insight, and answer any questions I had. When I left - and for many days afterward - that sense of calm stayed with me. I highly recommend Empowered Energy to anyone seeking reiki, energy work, or guidance. Mine was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely return.
